It is with pleasure that I write this recommendation for Troy Maloney, as he has been an amazing “handyman”. Troy Maloney came to work for me because I was in the process of getting my house ready to sell. His skillful work has been extraordinarily successful to that end.
The exterior of my house required mold removal; surfaces were power washed, stucco repaired and repainted. Gutters were fixed and thoroughly cleaned. Exterior windows were sanded, caulked and repainted. The deck and other areas of trim were repainted.
There were many interior projects that needed to be completed. Troy has painted several rooms in my house; he is very careful and meticulous. When a cupboard door needed to be constructed, his carpentry skills were up to the task. It is largely thanks to his judgment and organizational skills that my larder/ mudroom was completely overhauled and one of the walls successfully waterproofed. He really is a handyman extraordinaire.
Mr. Maloney takes great pride in his work and has completed all the projects that we’ve decided on in a VERY reasonable period of time. I know he has had other jobs for other clients, but he has always found a way to work on my projects too. Troy can be trusted to carry through on tasks whether or not I’m at home. It has been a pleasure to be able to discuss with him concerns and improvements needed in regard to the sale of the house.
